IMPORTANT:

 

When processing your tab on the spreadsheet, do NOT fine free discharge anything that is NOT on your shelf. This should only be done for items in hand.

 

Steps are:

  1. Pull item from hold shelf on the list
  2. Scan barcode in fine free discharge
  3. Follow prompts on your screen

The Hold Shelf issues with multiple patrons assigned the same hold pick-up have been resolved, but further action is needed on your part. Please go to the New 19 support page to download the Hold Shelf Clean-Up Report and instructions on how to fix the hold shelf issues. Please submit a ticket to the help desk notifying us when you have finished.
