Many libraries have reported receiving the annual letter from the Illinois State Library regarding renewal of OCLC services.

All SWAN libraries participate in OCLC and are required to sign the ILLINET/OCLC Services Program Member Agreement Fiscal Year 2020.

This outline provides tips to assist in completing your Fiscal Year 2020 agreement.

1. Sign and return the agreement by June 30, 2019 to:

   Springfield, IL 62701-1796
2. Do NOT pay an invoice from OCLC for this service. 
3. Illinois Heartland Library System serves as the Illinois State Library's fiscal agent for these services. They bill SWAN directly for our composite fees.
