The attached memo outlines the SWAN approach to training during our migration from Millennium to the new Symphony ILS. All library directors and managers should review this memo and begin discussions within your library about the content within.

The Migration Memo #2 includes recommendations and steps to prepare for the training. I will discuss this more in depth at the Committee of the Whole meeting next week, Tuesday November 11 at 9:30am. That agenda was posted online today and sent out via SWANcom.
