Dear Member Libraries,

We are writing to inform you that the rollout for the Hoopla Enhancement in the online catalog will begin tonight, April 13^th.

What's Changing

Each library will have its own Instant collection, with settings visible and synchronized through Midwest Tape. Please note that any settings configured in Aspen will continue to override Midwest Tape settings. While this update changes how each library's collection is brought into Aspen, there will be no visible changes for patrons.

Rollout Details

No downtime is expected, and library services should remain uninterrupted throughout the transition.
