Our scheduled database maintenance has concluded successfully! The SWAN Bibliographic Services team will provide an update in the next few days with some statistics regarding the records changes applied.

The Symphony report queue will be catching up for the remainder of the evening, so please refrain from scheduling any new reports. Additionally, normally scheduled library reports for Acquisitions and other functions have been temporarily suspended to reduce tonight's report backlog. We’ll be unsuspending all reports to resume normal schedules tomorrow.

Please see our latest news post regarding the upcoming Symphony database rebuild, scheduled for Sunday, February 23rd through Monday, February 24th. On the 24th, your library will need to use WorkFlows in Offline mode to maintain checkout functions.

This database rebuild is needed to accommodate a significant volume of bibliographic and item record updates.
