Dave Pacin of SWAN Member Services has developed a new template for patron bills.   The SWAN Circ Advisory Committee reviewed the template at their last meeting, made a few suggestions, and it is now ready for use.   We will begin using the new bill next Wednesday, June 18^th.   I have attached a sample so you can view it now.  It is formatted to work with either a single or double window envelope.   There is new information in the footer on each bill, including the  patron’s barcode, ptype, item location, and whether it is a local, reciprocal borrowing, or ILL transaction.

Don’t be concerned, we are not changing the manner in which we distribute these bills, they will be handled as you have directed us previously.
