This morning, we experienced a problem with our 9 am Email Hold Pickup Notices that prevented them from being sent. All other notices ran without issue; only this specific type of notice was affected.
SWAN Member Services corrected the problem, and the 12 pm Email Hold Pickup Notices ran successfully, generating any notices that were missed in the earlier report run as well as the ones that would nave normally been sent at noon. All notices are once again running as expected.
