Attached you will find a special list of In Transit items. We have recently discovered an issue with the monthly List Items In Transit for 30 Days or Longer report. Unfortunately, any  item put in transit before January 1, 2016 has not been not included in the standard report. We have been able to run a report to list the items that you have not received notification of previously, but this list cannot include the transit information. Please check your shelves for all of the listed items. If you find an item on the shelf, check it in and follow any prompt(s) you see on the screen. We are asking you to check your shelves by May 31, 2017. We know that this is a large task, but the end result will mean we have a definitive list of items and statistics to share with RAILS delivery and CTS at our next meeting. 

After all libraries have reported we will be meeting with RAILS and CTS to discuss the in transit items and will develop a best practice procedure to follow up on them.
