We are experiencing intermittent problems with EDI transmissions where file transfer dates are not being updated when files are processed. The end result is that orders may be sent to the vendor multiple times. Several libraries have reported this problem and have had to work with their vendors to cancel duplicate orders.

We are working with SirsiDynix to identify the problem and will provide an update when resolved.
