We have pinpointed the cause of this morning’s indexing errors, and SWAN needs to run a rebuild process to correct the problem. This will take just over an hour. To avoid any complications, please suspend all cataloging operations that
involve bibliographic import or editing. This includes the adding and editing of item records and the “Load Bibs with Order Info” report step in the Acquisitions process. All other operations may continue as normal as the rebuild takes place.
Thank you for your patience as we tackle this issue. We will inform you when the temporary freeze has been lifted.
