SWAN Member Library Staff:
We appear to be encountering record issues again this morning, specifically impacting any records created/edited prior to 2pm on Monday.
These records are searchable/accessible in Enterprise, but are not searchable in WorkFlows, and when located by standard number, they return the error, “Heading keys need to be indexed first”.
We’re currently in contact with SirsiDynix Support and hope to have a solution by this afternoon. We believe this issue and our issue over the weekend may be relating to custom record work that is currently being performed by SirsiDynix, but we’re not yet certain.
