SWAN Member Library Staff:
We’re currently witnessing intermittent issues with Web Services-integrated Enterprise Catalog functions, such as My Account access, hold submissions, and item availability. This issue produces red text across the top-left corner of the Enterprise screen when any of these services have failed.
We have determined these errors stem from an issue with our internet service provider and we currently have an open support call to investigate the matter further.
We’ll provide additional news on this support site post as soon as it becomes available.
