The issue has been resolved and SirsiDynix support has already implemented a fix to prevent the bug from reoccurring.

Enterprise logins are back online, and any offline circ transactions you may have had will be processed overnight tonight.

Just a quick update –

 

SirsiDynix support has determined that the issue is relating to a runaway Enterprise harvest process.

We’re currently working to return the server to a working state and apply a fix to resolve the bug.

We’re currently seeing a high CPU load on the Symphony/WorkFlows Production server, which has caused many clients to timeout and logoff. We’re currently investigating the issue with SirsiDynix support and will send an update as soon as additional information is available.
