As I shared with you all on in an announcement Friday January 17th, SWAN Special Project Coordinator Mary Lou Coffman would be retiring and will no longer be available to assist you directly with requests. However, I want to outline support options for you that should be followed as of today’s date.

Please review the attached memo for clarification of how SWAN will provide consultant and manage requests in the area of Millennium Create Lists and the SWAN Report Server going forward.
