SWAN Member Libraries & Information Technology Staff:

Just to elaborate on the outage somewhat – our work last night related to the upcoming retirement of the Millennium servers, as it allowed us to allocate additional server hardware resources from the Millennium servers to the Symphony WorkFlows servers. The additional resources for Symphony WorkFlows servers ensures increased stability and more flexibility for upcoming SWAN IT system projects.

Thank you for your patience.

SWAN Libraries:

There will be a brief disruption of service shortly after 9PM tonight.

The Symphony production server will be temporarily offline. This will also impact access to the Enterprise catalog.

I will notify everyone when the system is back up and running.
