Dear Member Libraries,

We are writing to inform you of an upcoming enhancement to Hoopla's consortia support within our shared library catalog.

What's Changing

Each library will have its own Instant collection, with settings visible and synchronized through Midwest Tape. Please note that any settings configured in Aspen will continue to override Midwest Tape settings. While this update changes how each library's collection is brought into Aspen, there will be no visible changes for patrons.

Rollout Details

This update is scheduled for March 10. No downtime is expected, and library services should remain uninterrupted throughout the transition.
