Remember "linked patrons" -- Renee will be training SWAN libraries on how to use a similar (but not same) feature in WorkFlows called "User Groups" on Monday, July 25^th.

Are you interested in finding out how you can join your library users into a group?  Then this workshop is for you.

“User Groups” has been piloted by a SWAN library and will available on an individual library basis beginning August 1, 2016.

There are a number of options to be considered as you implement User Groups - come to learn all the details. The different policies, levels of responsibility, responsibility types and access options will be demonstrated.
