Gale has reported that they resolved the access issues we have been having at SWAN. It seems that some recent updates on Gale’s end removed authentication settings for many libraries, not just those in SWAN.

Please test your Gale databases, and verify you are able to access your databases through Open Athens successfully. As a reminder, only external (outside of the library) access was affected – your internal access settings were not affected.
