SirsiDynix has identified a bug in MobileCirc that prevents uploading of offline transactions to Symphony.
This bug only impacts MobileCirc in Offline Mode – Regular MobileCirc functions are still working properly when a live internet connection (LTE or wifi) is available.
Until this issue has been resolved, please avoid using MobileCirc in Offline Mode.
We will send a follow up once this issue has been resolved.
