At the September Quarterly meeting, we announced that libraries could submit a request to purchase a credit card swipe. To date, 16 SWAN libraries have taken advantage of the program.

If you would like to be placed in the queue, fill out the Webform request for Credit Card Swipes. Your library will be charged $60 for each card swipe, which will be included in the next quarterly billing. SWAN staff will schedule a site visit delivery. 

Once the Chip and PIN solution is available, it is mandatory that all stations use this technology. SWAN will replace your purchased card swipe(s) with the new technology, providing one swipe at no cost to every SWAN library. If you purchase more than one card swipe, your library will be billed for replacement of additional swipes.
