SWAN Member Library Staff:

We encountered an issue with the SVA Phone Notice system yesterday that appears to have caused most scheduled notice calls to fail. We’re currently investigating the issue, but should be able to resend any missed calls from the last day once the system is operating as expected. Today’s calls should also go out as scheduled.

We’ll submit an additional SWANcom as soon as more information is available.
