[SWANcom] *Resolved* Catalog Slowness on 2/23

SWAN Library Staff: This morning, we experienced a brief period of slowness on the SWAN Millennium catalog due to a runaway system process on the server. The issue has since been resolved and it appears the catalog is now functioning as expected.
