As reported last week we will begin running the Clean Hold Shelf report centrally for all libraries, Monday through Friday, beginning tomorrow. This report is run 7 am and is delivered to the generic email address for each library. All other scheduled Clean Hold Shelf reports have been removed from WorkFlows. We have also removed the Clean Hold Shelf report templates from the REPORT login.

If you have not already done so please have your director use the Edit Aliased Email webform on the SWAN Support Site to ensure you receive your report tomorrow. You are limited to 3 aliased email addresses per library, SWAN recommends using a circulation department email address if your library has one.

The following libraries have indicated they would like to be included in the weekend report:

AMS, BLD, BWS, CIS, CSD, DGS, GED, GVD, ITD, LSS, MED, MPS, OBD, OES, OLS, OPS, OZS, RFS, SCD, SGD, TBS, TCD, TPS, VPD, and WRS
