While we thoroughly tested the High Demand Holds report, it has come to our attention that anyone wanting to increase the hold ratio may experience odd results. Because of this, we have rewritten the High Demand Holds documentation and reconfigured our High Demand Holds template.  If you have already created a copy of the report for your library, please delete your template and create a new one.

Please find a new, updated version of the High Demand Holds documentation attached.  It includes instructions for how to properly narrow the results to a ratio of holds, how to update your Report Session Settings, and how to sort the results in Excel.  The documentation can also be found on the SWAN support site linked here.
