Our first issue of the SWAN migration newsletter, “The Journey Ahead,” is ready for you and your staff! I’ve attached the PDF document, and will also be posting this to the SWAN website as a News Item (along with the answer key to the crossword puzzle) here:
Feel free to share this with all staff however you like. We’d also love to hear your feedback, additional questions that arise (and that we can answer in subsequent editions), and ideas/best practices that your library is utilizing. Monthly newsletters will be coming to you for March, April, and May as well.
In the coming weeks, your patron bookmarks for February will also be arriving via USPS. A SWANcom will be sent out to notify you once those are in the mail. Additional PR materials will also be sent via SWANcom and posted on the website as they become available.
