Everyone –

 

First and foremost we would like to thank all of our SWAN libraries for their cooperation and patience yesterday during our upgrade.   We did have a number of issues that delayed us in re-establishing your access to SWAN. Those issues have now been resolved with your assistance.  Unfortunately, we were unable to get all of the offline files run last night due to high processing levels on SWAN.  SWAN computer room staff are still working through the files and updating them one at a time.  We should have them all processed this evening.

 

Once again, SWAN staff would like to thank all of you for your cooperation.   In addition, we would be remiss if we didn’t thank those libraries and staff members that went the extra mile to come into work early and start testing with us at 7 AM yesterday:
