SWAN Member Libraries & Information Technology Staff:
This morning, we experienced periods of network disruption due to some maintenance in the RAILS datacenter. We have been in contact with RAILS IT and they are working on a resolution.
We also experienced issues with SIP2 services, which affected self-checks, database authentication, and AMH operations. A restart of the SIP2 server seems to have resolved this outage.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and we will send additional updates via this news post as we have more information.
