You will receive the "Wrong Library" and "Wrong User Profile" Patron Cleanup reports as scheduled tomorrow, November 15. We have adjusted the "Wrong City" report subscriptions to run twice a year, July and December. Please keep the following in mind while you process your reports:

• If the patron barcode begins with your library prefix the record "belongs" to you regardless of any information in the record. Make sure the Library and User Profile belong to you as well to ensure any bills created by the CLR report will belong to your library
• If the patron barcode does not begin with your library prefix the record does not belong to you. Send an email to the generic library address for the barcode prefix library (xxx@notices.swanlibraries.net).
