We’re experiencing intermittent issues logging into Aspen, due to a DDoS attack that is just impacting login. We’re working with our support vendor, Grove, to explore all possibilities for mitigating and blocking these attacks.

You may experience issues with logging in, lasting a few minutes, throughout the day.

We’ll send an all clear when we are confident this issue is resolved. In the meantime, we’ll continue to track the outages on our support site:
