Libraries are preparing to resume delivery, some will be restarting resource sharing, and others will be opening doors to the public in the upcoming weeks. In order for us to be prepared to help you, we ask that you review the following:

 

  1. Visit the COVID-19 Home Page and review the new information posted on 6/25/20
    1. Verify reopening details – submit a support ticket for changes
    2. Opt-in for the date you would like to resume pick-up notices
  2. Review today’s news post on Holds Management – Return to Service – we want to make sure we are supporting each other in local timelines for return to service

 

We will work with you through our ticketing system on your plans for reopening to the public. When you open your doors, the system is ready to checkout material to patrons. There may be configurations to reset and review, collections to unshadow, and other actions you wish to take. We will work with you to facilitate those changes both before and after your doors open.
