Subject: [SWANcom] Long Running Overnight Processing Reports

SWAN Member Library Staff:

Our overnight maintenance processing is running long today. The ADUtext report ran long but has completed. We are monitoring the subsequent reports that update the database. 

Some of the processes that have not yet completed are:

• Blocking of patrons for Fine Free overdue items
• Billing process of items 42 days overdue
• Cancelling of expired holds on the holdshelf
• Compiling of holds for pull lists
• Preparing and sending of notices

Please refrain from pulling your expired holds from the holdshelf until we give the all-clear. We will update the Known Issue on our support site as we have more information.
