SWAN Member Library Staff:

MobileStaff kits are available to request for library staff use. These kits contain an iPad, scanner, and printer and may be used to circulate material, issue cards, or conduct an inventory. If your library has been curious about MobileStaff’s capabilities, this is a great opportunity to test out the equipment and see if MobileStaff might be a useful addition to your library’s workflow. MobileStaff documentation is available on our support site.

To place a title-level hold, the kits are listed in WorkFlows as SWAN MobileStaff Kit.

These cases will arrive locked, and the combination will be displayed in a circ note when the item is scanned. Please notify SWAN Support if you encounter any issues accessing the case.
