Pickup Anywhere Resumes Wednesday, Sept. 9th

Good afternoon member libraries,

As a reminder, Pickup Anywhere will be re-enabled in Enterprise and the BLUEcloud Mobile app starting Wednesday, September 9th. Pickup anywhere allows patrons to place holds for pickup at any participating library.

Before Tuesday, Sept. 8th:

  • Check your status on the Pickup Anywhere page on the SWAN support site.
  • If you would like to opt out you must do so by Tuesday, Sept. 8th at noon.
  • Submit a help ticket to help@swanlibraries net to make any changes to your Pickup Anywhere status.
