We have compiled shelf check reports for all RB/ILL items that have been reimbursed; one is sorted by owning library, the other by patron library. You can find the RB/ILL Long Overdue Item Clean-up reports, along with the instructions to process them, on the SWAN Support Site. Please check your shelves as soon as possible as we will be running the Custom Longoverdue Report (CLR) for these items before January 1, 2019
