The first meeting of the SWAN Public Services Users Group will be Thursday, February 20th, 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM at RAILS Burr Ridge.

This group was created based on requests from the membership for a group that could bring together library staff in any area of public service--including reference, circulation, adult, and youth services--to share best practices, procedures, and service models to facilitate great customer service. We hope that you will consider getting involved!

The primary goals of the first meeting are to establish a chair (or co-chairs) and outline potential agenda topics for the year.
