We recently received some Bibliographic Services Change Request and Cataloging Request forms (affectionately known as Pinks and Yellows) at our office. We currently have zero or one SWAN staff member in the office on any given day, so we'd like to request that any future forms and accompanying materials be scanned and sent as attachments to help@swanlibaries.net instead of through delivery.
This will help us fulfill your requests faster and provide us an avenue to respond, as we are currently unable to send forms back through delivery. Bibliographic Services staff are not on site these days.
Thanks for making the adjustment. Please note that we do have copies of requests already sent, so there is no need to send duplicate requests to the ticketing system.
