This meeting will be held in-person at the Oak Brook Public Library and will include a membership vote on the SWAN budget for the upcoming year. The meeting will be live-streamed for those unable to attend in person, however, the approval vote must be conducted in-person.

The meeting includes presentations on the following topics:

• Aspen Discovery’s mobile app & SWAN plans for evaluation
• MessageBee project progress report
• EBSCO online subscription database renewal
• Updates to SWAN’s Online Learning system
• Upcoming SWAN Board election

If you are unable to attend but would still like to have your library vote on the budget, you can send a substitute to vote on behalf of the library. Just let me know in advance.
