In response to membership request, SWAN Member Services has created two additional predefined manual charge categories.   The two new definitions are “Chicago item” and “Non-SWAN item”.    These can now be found in the predefined charges dropdown alphabetical list used when adding a manual charge to a patron record.   For more information please refer to the following documentation on the SWAN website.   http://support.swanlibraries.net/system/files/Members%20Only/MilCirc/predefined%20charges%20update.pdf
