SWAN Member Library Staff:
The SWAN/RAILS Datacenter outage has concluded and we do not expect any further downtime today. The issue was caused by a widespread outage of ICN, the RAILS datacenter Internet Service Provider. ICN has informed RAILS that the issue
has since been resolved.

NOTE FROM SWAN:
We're currently experiencing an outage of the SWAN datacenter. We're investigating the issue and hope to find a resolution as quickly as possible.
