Visit the SWAN website (remember to login) and look at this simple tutorial on how to subscribe to reports. Just look for the document named How to Subscribe to a Report under the BLUECloud Analytics heading.

Title: List Titles With Holds and Only One System Copy That is MISSING, DISCARD, or MISSTRNSIT

Summary: Provides a list of catalog records with holds where your library owns the last item attached, and that item has a current location of MISSING, DISCARD, or MISSTRNSIT.
