Although the NCOA Cleanup Project is still in progress, we are now able to lift the partial patron data freeze. What has been completed:

• Addresses updated to new addresses as shown in the NCOA database
• Status updated to BADADDRES

What will continue:

• Notes containing old address information
• Addition of ZIP+4 and consolidation of Street fields for apartment numbers

The notes with the old address have not finished loading. They are expected to be completed by end of day. If you have a patron record with a BADADDRESS status, follow your local policy to verify the new address. Once you have verified the new address you can update the status of the record using the Modify User wizard.

You will not be able to update to OK. You must select BLOCKED from the Status drop-down menu and include the override. When you save the record, WorkFlows will automatically update the status to the correct setting (OK, DELINQUENT, BLOCKED).
