We had a brief outage of our VPN service around 3pm causing all library tunnels to reconnect. Most reestablished their connections quickly, but you likely lost your connection to WorkFlows. If that’s the case, please restart your WorkFlows
client and attempt to log back in. The VPN may take up to 10 minutes to reestablish completely. If it seems to take much longer than 10 minutes, please send us a ticket at
help@swanlibraries.net.
