Just a reminder, tomorrow morning (Tuesday between 12am-6am) is our Fully Qualified Domain Name migration for the SWAN Production and Report servers. For additional information regarding this change, please see Network Migration Memo #8 in the link below.
While we do not anticipate that regular SWAN services will be impacted, please ensure your designated IT staff is aware of the change and available for support if required. Please see the linked memo “Network Changes Memo #8: SWAN Server FQDN Migration”, and route to your appropriate library and IT staff. This memo reviews the details of our upcoming server FQDN migration on Tuesday, February 25th, and how we’ve prepared for this process.
