SirsiDynix is currently experiencing issues with email delivery from the new BLUEcloud Private Intelligence Server. At this time, delivery issues appear to be isolated to libraries using Google Workspace. We still want you to open a ticket if you are not receiving your report subscription emails.
We're working with SirsiDynix support on a resolution and hope to have an update soon.
While we work with SirsiDynix on a resolution, you can run the reports manually and export them as Excel files. The directions for doing this are included in the Known Issue on the SWAN website.
