SWAN Member Library Staff:

 

SirsiDynix performed maintenance on BLUEcloud Analytics early today that caused some report subscriptions to be run and delivered around 3:00 am today. These reports returned zero or limited results because our overnight harvest had not yet completed. SirsiDynix resolved the issue; the remainder of our reports ran at the correct time after our harvest completed.

 

We manually re-ran and delivered the SWAN subscriptions that ran early today. If you received any local subscriptions early today you will need to re-run them to ensure you have accurate information.

 

We posted a Known Issue on the SWAN support site with this information and will update that if anything changes. Feel free to open a ticket if you need any assistance with your reports.
