Just a quick update – after applying several changes to our server and working with SirsiDynix engineers to clear an unused database file that was causing slowness, we've tested extensively and believe the issue is now resolved. MobileCirc
logins have been reenabled and are ready for use by library staff.
We thank you again for your patience as we worked to resolve the issue.

This morning, we encountered another bout of intermittent slowness in the WorkFlows client. Upon further investigation, we found this slowness was again due to a runaway system process relating to the MobileCirc client. We’d previously escalated
the matter with SirsiDynix support engineers but have been unsuccessful in resolving the bug. That being the case, we’ve decided to temporarily suspend access to MobileCirc until we’re able to fully resolve the issue.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and we will send additional updates via this news post as soon as it comes in. We hope to have another update within the next couple of days.
