Hello,

Attached is a spreadsheet with the EBSCO links for those you selected for the EBSCO group purchase. You can find your library by scrolling across the tabs at the bottom. There are a handful of links that are not working yet. We’ve highlighted those in yellow. We are working with EBSCO to get these fixed and will let you know as soon as they are working.

We’ve tested all of these remotely through Open Athens authentication. Inside the library, they should go directly to the database. If they are not, then please send a list of your library IP ranges in a help ticket to help@swanlibraries.net. We will need to confirm we have the correct IPs on file with EBSCO.

We’ve also created a SWAN Patron Site. You can copy and paste the access links from there as well. This page isn’t live yet because we want to confirm that all links are working before we enable it.
