On the Eighth Day of (insert your favorite holiday) ----SWAN elves gave to me

Whether  you celebrate Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Christmas, Festivus, the Winter Solstice, or none of the above – SWAN would like to share 12 days of “gifts” with you.  

Gift #8 ---a new procedure for damaged or declared lost RB/ILL items.  Attached is a document outlining a procedure that can be used when a patron reports an RB/ILL  item damaged or lost before the bill has been generated.  SWAN has created a new user: RB/ILL_LOSS  and a new bill reason: RB_ILL to facilitate the process.    Enjoy!   If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call 630-734-5153.
