The issue has been resolved, and all Symphony and BLUEcloud functionality is back up and running.

If you used offline mode during this time, be sure to connect any offline workstation back to Symphony online so transactions will be automatically uploaded and processed. Any WorkFlows circulation transactions during this time were not affected. Thank you for your patience.

SWAN Member Library Staff,

We are currently experiencing an outage of the Symphony server; please use WorkFlows Offline Circulation while the server is down. We encountered an error with an important database on the server this morning. We are in the process of repairing and hope to be up and running soon.

We will be updating the Known Issue on the support site as we have more information.
