Attached is the preliminary EBSCO group purchase pricing with 86 public libraries participating, with 9 electing to opt-out.

The deadline to opt-out is end of the day Sunday, February 28th.

On Monday next week I will post the final EBSCO pricing along with SWAN's FY22 budget. That budget, membership fees, and EBSCO pricing will be approved via the electronic ballot system recently used for the EBSCO year-2 renewal decision.
